You may Return or Exchange your Jewelry for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be in perfect, sellable condition in its original packaging and accompanied by the original or gift receipt.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) please drop us a message, providing us with the name of the item(s) you are returning, your name, address, your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide our return address and assist you in having the item sent to us. For all free shipping items there will be a Return or Exchange charge of $10 within UAE or $25 outside UAE.

Can I change or cancel an order after I´ve submitted it?
Yes, if within 24 hours. All orders are usually sent for delivery within this period; therefore, Message us as soon as possible.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
